Thrilled Beyond Words by Richard Roberts

After a few minutes of this I asked my son to get my walker. I then grabbed my walker and pulled myself up and walked to the center of the room and back. Needless to say, I was thrilled beyond words. For the first time I began to be lifted up. Now that’s hope. That’s hope coming up in this man’s heart. I really began to see myself completely healed from head to toe.” Now that’s a powerful statement. He said, “I could begin to see myself, picture myself in faith being in health, being made whole, and healed from head to toe.

I’ve been making great progress believing that God will heal me completely. Granted there was a lot of pain in moving my knee, but remember, I had not put any weight at all on my leg in six months. Now I believe I have the symptoms, not the reality of the diseases and the affliction. I’m on the way to being healed.”

There is one more paragraph that I must read. “Richard, I have not seen in 20 years. Now that my healing is beginning I want to be ready. Would you please send me one of your Bibles you’ve offered on your television program. It will be a wonderful thing to be able to read the Word of God again. Thank you very much and God bless you and your family.” Now that’s faith in action.

And my dear brother, Gerald, I’m going to send you a Bible and I’m going to stand with you in faith and I’m going to believe, I’m going to pray. You know, friend, you’ve got to start somewhere and I often tell people who are in wheelchairs when I pray for them, “If all you can do when I pray is just move a finger, or just me a toe, or just an arm, or just a leg. Start doing it. Start doing something. Get your faith into action.” This man began and a healing is in process now. I thank God for that. Oh, I thank God for that

You know, it reminds me of something someone told me about 3 weeks ago that their perception of the devil was that he sometimes gives us things so small that we say, “Oh, I can live with that.” A little nagging headache or a little nagging something that people think it’s too small to go to God with it, or he gives them something so big that they can’t see the end of it down the road so they don’t bother to go with God because it’s too big for God. You know, I think it’s time that we learn it doesn’t matter how small things are, it doesn’t matter how big things are.

God is concerned about them all. And the little things, it’s time to start working on the little things. And the big things, it’s time to start chipping away. If you’ve got three things wrong with your body, start with one and begin to have faith for that one and begin to believe that little by little, piece by piece, your body is going to go back to normal. And don’t let satan tell you your problem is too small for big or too big for God because the Bible says nothing is impossible for God. And I don’t think we should limit him.
